NCIS, formerly known as NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Assistance, is an American authorities procedural drama television series revolving around an imaginary team of special agents on the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which conducts criminal investigations concerning the U. S. Navy and Marine Corps.

He uses his computer skills to assist the MCRT in subsequent investigations through all of those other first season, until he is officially promoted regarding his own desk at the Navy Yard at the start of the second time of year.
NCIS is currently guided by Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll). The first director seen in the series, Thomas Morrow (Mike Dale), left after being advertised to Deputy Director with the Department of Homeland Safety measures. Jenny Shepard (Lauren Holly) has been appointed director after Morrow inside the first episode of year three. After Shepard was slain in a shootout by the end of the fifth time Vance, who was Assistant Director of NCIS before her death, was seen as Operating Director after her demise and was promoted to take her place.
