The Princess of Wales is taking a major step back into public life following an abdominal surgery in January.

Her new project is dedicated to improving the lives of newborn babies, and despite recovering from surgery, Kensington Palace confirmed Kate has been kept up to date with her campaign.

The positive update comes a day after it was alleged up to three members of staff at The London Clinic are being investigated for allegedly accessing the Princess of Wales’s medical records while she was undergoing abdominal surgery in January, according to The Mirror.

They could potentially face disciplinary action for any breach of data, and could be charged with a criminal offence by the data-protection watchdog and face an unlimited fine if they are found to have unlawfully accessed her records.

The King’s personal data was not compromised during an alleged data breach at the London Clinic, it is understood.

The princess’s wellbeing has sparked frenzied speculation, with wild conspiracy theories fuelled by both members of the public and celebrities alike.
