Description

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled amidst dense forests, there was a legend of a peculiar ghost known as the "Bidi Mangne Wala Bhoot," which translates to the "Ghost Who Asks for a Cigarette."

According to the villagers, the ghost was said to haunt the winding paths of the forest, appearing suddenly to unsuspecting travelers late at night. Its appearance was described as eerie and unsettling, with glowing eyes and a ghostly pallor.

The legend originated from a tragic incident many years ago when a traveler passing through the forest lost his way and stumbled upon an old abandoned hut. Seeking shelter for the night, he decided to spend the night there. As he settled in, he heard a faint voice calling out from the darkness, asking for a cigarette.

Thinking it was a fellow traveler in need, the man offered a cigarette to the unseen caller. To his horror, the voice grew louder and more insistent, repeating its demand for cigarettes throughout the night. Terrified, the man fled the hut at the break of dawn, vowing never to return.

From that day forward, travelers passing through the forest claimed to encounter the ghostly apparition of the "Bidi Mangne Wala Bhoot," who would materialize out of thin air, pleading for cigarettes in a haunting voice.

The legend spread through the village like wildfire, and soon, nobody dared to venture into the forest after dark for fear of encountering the ghostly specter. Some dismissed it as superstition, but others believed in its existence, cautioning against tempting fate by wandering into the haunted forest alone.

To this day, the legend of the "Bidi Mangne Wala Bhoot" lives on in the folklore of the village, a chilling reminder of the mysteries that lurk in the shadows of the forest and the dangers that await those who dare to tread where spirits roam.
