We provide assessments as part of client engagement. Our assessment includes an onsite coach observing Agile and Scrum teams for a period of time. During this time the coach interviews individual team members, managers, leaders and executives to understand their needs, pain points and perspective. An anonymous survey is also sent out to form an all round opinion on the state of Agile within the department or organization. At the end of the assessment, a detailed observations and suggestions deck is provided to teams to help them become more effective. A separate presentation to the leaders and executives providing observations and suggestions to bring about higher organization wide agility is also made. This deck includes execution strategy and a roadmap. This assessment aims to empower the leaders to decide how and when to begin the Agile transformation. Highly trained Agilonomics consultants can also be engaged for executing this strategy, working closely with in house Agile champions.
